How to give to the David Emery Fund:

The Nittany Leathernecks have set up a benefit account for the family of U.S. Marine Cpl. David J. Emery, 21, at Nittany Bank. The 2003 Bellefonte High School graduate’s second Iraq tour was to end Jan. 1, but was extended to Feb. 20. Last week he was gravely wounded when his troop was attacked by a suicide bomber. His wife, Leslie Shivery, is 7 months pregnant with their first child. She and David’s mother, Connie Emery, are on their way to Germany to be with him. Donations to the fund can be made at any Nittany Bank location.
